Four values that define us
Our participants come from very different countries and backgrounds and often speak little German when they begin our courses. Our task is to open doors for them to language, society, and the professional world. The following four points describe how we do this.
Pedagogical quality & modern didactics
Our instruction follows a methodologically sound concept, promotes all four language skills, and adapts individually to strengths and areas for development through internal differentiation.

Diversity & human rights as a foundation
We work with people of the most diverse nationalities, religions, and cultures, and we view diversity as an enrichment; our view of humanity is firmly anchored in the values of human rights.

Responsibility & social commitment
We are actively committed to equal opportunity, inclusion, and social projects, and we strengthen the cultural development of our region through collaborations and events.
Continuous development & certified standards
Through professional development, partner networks, and certifications (including HZA, Weiterbildung Hessen e.V., and departments 01 & 04), we continuously develop our offerings and reliably meet labor market and policy requirements.
What this means in everyday life
Our instruction is based on the framework curriculum of the BMI and the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Our classrooms are digitally equipped, and hybrid formats are available. We ensure that our employees' working conditions fit their lives, because the quality of instruction depends on the people who provide it. This is supported by established partnerships, regular professional development, and our youth welfare services.
