How our classes work

Classes take place at our facilities in Gießen in groups of 12 to 15 participants. An intensive course consists of four teaching units per day. We focus on the four core skills—listening, reading, writing, and speaking—along with grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. Online assignments supplement the in-person classes between sessions. Our classrooms are equipped with smartboards and tablets, and all learning materials are included in the course fee.

Request a course and arrange a placement test

We assign intensive courses following a brief assessment: we review your current language level, determine the appropriate module, and send you the training contract and invoice. From module A1.2 onwards, we require an official language certificate no older than six months, or you can take a placement test with us.

Funded courses and exam preparation

Integration courses

A state-recognized course consisting of a language course up to level B1 and an orientation course covering law, history, and society. It concludes with the German Test for Immigrants and the "Life in Germany" test. Costs are generally covered by the BAMF.

Professional language courses

Job-related German courses according to DeuFöV with target levels B1, B2, and C1, as well as specialized modules, such as for the nursing sector. Funding is provided by the Employment Agency, the Jobcenter, or the BAMF.

Exam preparation

Training for telc exam formats: task types, time limits, evaluation criteria, and the oral section in pairs. Tailored to the exams we administer ourselves.
